The Trifield Meter is really 3 meters rolled into one easy to use device: a gaussmeter, electric field meter and radio field strength meter. In addition, this Trifield 100XE i is a 3-axis mater, which means that when measuring electromagnetic fields there is no need to worry about correct orientation (unlike when using a single axis meter where you can miss a magnetic field altogether if not holding the meter in the right angle!).

The 3-axis Trifield Meter measures true strength of the magnetic field regardless of which way the unit is oriented. Therefore, the Trifield Meter can be scanned much quicker and easier across large areas without having to continually stop and try to find the orientation that gives the maximum reading. This meter can also detect AC electric fields plus radio/microwave energy. The Analog display might look old fashioned with the conventional needle but this gives very fast response time when compared to digital displays. This 100XE version of the Trifield EMF meter can also locate wiring in walls and will last around 40 using a standard 9V battery.

The TriField Meter can accurately measure EMF pollution in your home or work environment and is easy to use. All you have to do to detect EMF is turn the meter on using the main rotary switch and select either Magnetic (0-3), Magnetic ( 0-100), Electric or Radio/Microwave, then simply read the dial! If the needle on the dial gives a reading below the continuous read line then you’re safe, over that then you are in the danger zone.

There is also a Battery Test position on the rotary switch which obviously checks battery level, just select this test before measuring. Because it is a Tri-field meter you can stand in one spot and the meter will measure all magnetic fields coming from every direction to that spot, plus this meter is capable of measuring magnetic fields from as little as 0.2 mG and up to a massive 100 mG! Not many EMF meters in this price range can measure such a wide range with such a high degree of accuracy.
